tonight i would like to talk about alkaline food and why it is important for our body. i did a little research and do you know that we should eat 80% alkaline food and only 20% acidic food? but what almost all of us eat today is mostly acidic food. that is totally dangerous as it can lead to cancer and other diseases as well, nauzubillah.
therefore we should eat more alkaline food to neutralize the acidic food that we consume everyday. for now, i try to make and drink lime juice and carrot juice everyday. planning on buying apples and oranges tomorrow :)
