episode 2: alkaline food for our health.

salam to all of you...
last night i forgot to explain more on why acidic food is dangerous for our body and why we should eat more alkaline food.

Human blood pH should be slightly alkaline ( 7.35 - 7.45 ). Below or above this range means symptoms and disease. A pH of 7.0 is neutral. A pH below 7.0 is acidic. A pH above 7.0 is alkaline.

An acidic pH can occur from, an acid forming diet, emotional stress, toxic overload, and/or immune reactions or any process that deprives the cells of oxygen and other nutrients. The body will try to compensate for acidic pH by using alkaline minerals. If the diet does not contain enough minerals to compensate, a build up of acids in the cells will occur.

An acidic balance will: decrease the body's ability to absorb minerals and other nutrients, decrease the energy production in the cells, decrease it's ability to repair damaged cells, decrease it's ability to detoxify heavy metals, make tumor cells thrive, and make it more susceptible to fatigue and illness. A blood pH of 6.9, which is only slightly acidic, can induce coma and death.


Because of factors like diet and stress, many people in the industrialized world have bodies that are too acidic and over-burdened with toxins, and so are afflicted with health problems that run the gamut from minor and major skin irritations to depression, chronic fatigue and back pain to arthritis, ulcers, osteoporosis and cancer.

Just consider the following facts:

  • Diseased bodies are unbalanced, having a high concentration of acidity in their tissues and the blood. And yet the absence of this balance is rarely noticed by our standard medical tests. So tests may show you are fine, but you feel otherwise.
  • The #1 cause of excess acidity is waste products left behind by incomplete digestion. We need hydrochloric acid to digest our food. The more difficult a food is to digest, the more acid is required to digest it.
  • In general difficult-to-digest means acid-forming, and easy-to-digest means alkaline.
  • Health is easier to achieve and maintain if one consumes four times as much alkaline food as acidic food. When such an ideal ratio is maintained, the body usually has a balanced body chemistry and strong resistance against disease.

The more alkaline foods are excellent for almost everyone, with certain exceptions like patients of ulcer, allergy and sugar-sensitivity -- who may react to sweet fruits or other specific foods.

  • Citric fruits
  • Juicy fruits
  • All other fruits including super-ripe banana (except 4 starchy fruits below)

alkaline food for our health.

salam to all of you.
tonight i would like to talk about alkaline food and why it is important for our body. i did a little research and do you know that we should eat 80% alkaline food and only 20% acidic food? but what almost all of us eat today is mostly acidic food. that is totally dangerous as it can lead to cancer and other diseases as well, nauzubillah.
therefore we should eat more alkaline food to neutralize the acidic food that we consume everyday. for now, i  try to make and drink lime juice and carrot juice everyday. planning on buying apples and oranges tomorrow :)

tiredness...

I've been idle for several days...currently i am busy with something,,,,hehe busy fasting before it's Ramadhan again. -____-

I know some of you are doing the same thing, right?

Next week I think I can't make it because it is time for my school' s Sport's day. For this year, i am asked to be the Head of Certificates. Not fun at all, huh! Especially when you have to be prepared with a laptop and printer and you have to print all the certificates together with the winners' names immediately after each event.  And the best thing is, you have to stay there, under a big tent, wait until the prize-giving ceremony. uwahhh with this hot weather i think i will turn into Dayang Senandung.

However, i'll try to take it as a challenge. I hope i can do it insyaallah.

episod: lalang.......

sempena hujung minggu yang tak produktif ini, kerana aku demam+batuk+sakit tekak, aku hanya mampu buat kerja2 ringan spr mencuci kipas n bilah kipas yg makin hari makin membuatkan aku terbatuk2 sebab banyak sgt debu melekat.
bila buka pintu dan tingkap, terlihat akan lalang2 yang semakin meninggi. aku hanya mampu melihat dan memejam mata mengharapkan keajaiban berlaku. mana tahu tetiba, PLINGGG!!! lalang bertukar pendek, x pun depan rumah aku tetiba bertar...heheheh
hari ni seperti biasa aku bgn lambat, lepas breakfast sesuatu yang menarik perhatian berbunyi....

wengggggg!!!!!!bukan motor ye. mesin rumput!!!!

yesss!!pakcik sebelah rumah memesin rumput. dengan segera aku mandi kerbau takut tak sempat nak cakap kat pakcik tu suruh potong lalang umah aku jgk. terus aku menjenguk dari beranda rumah, "Pakcik, nanti boleh tolong potong depan ni tak?" Dia jawab, "Ya, nanti pakcik potong." Yessss!!!

Aku undur kereta letak depan rumah dia. Buat pertama kali, aku berpeluang menegur dan berbual-bual dengan kakak rumah sebelah di mana selama ni aku hanya berbalas senyum dengan dia. Dahla aku ingat dia anak pakcik tu, mmg awet muda. Sedar tak sedar dekat 2jam aku berbual dengan dia. teringat plak kat rumah, sbb lupa nak tutup pintu tadi. Kak yah sangat suka berbual dengan aku, berapa kali niat aku nak balik tertangguh sebab banyak betul isu2 yg dia nak ckp.heheh maklumla aku kan pandai melayan kakak2 makcik2 berbual....ye kot.hahaha perasan...
pakcik pun dah siap mesin rumput. hasilnya....wahhhhhh,,,,,sejuk mata memandang walaupun berat pakcik tu memikul mesin rumput.hehehe TQ abe mat yg ensem+kak yah yang peramah. terimalah tembikai dari saya untuk anda sekeluarga :)

ohh,,lupa 1 perkara. abe mat terjumpa seekor ular kapak depan rumah aku di bawah serumpun pokok ape ntah...dia dah pukul sampai mati...benda ni la yg aku takut selama ni.....

ps: tembikai bawa mggu lps lagi, mmg niat nak bagi kat jiran2 tapi mggu ni sbuk sket so hri ni baru ada kesempatan.

pengalaman mencuba terapi ion rendaman kaki....

pehhh panjang tajuk blog aku kali ni..setelah berbalas pendapat dengan abangku di mana aku pernah baca tentang penipuan ion rendaman kaki ni, dia memaksaaku untuk mencubanya sendiri.
Abang aku kata kakak ipar dia dah cuba banyak kali dan penyakit hempedunya bertambah elok. abang aku kata bila dia cuba buat pertama kali, air dalam bekasnya tu berubah warna dan orang di pusat terapi bertanya adakah dia mengalami gastrik yang teruk? terkejut abang aku sebab dia x bagitau pun dia ada gastrik. kalau kolesterol tu orang boleh teka sebab badan dia sihat jugak mcm badan aku.hehe
aku pun cuba la. sepatutnya setengah jam je tapi kedai tu baik hati dekat sejam jugak aku merendam kaki. masa buat tu aku dah rasa mengantuk sebab gi waktu malam. abang aku kata badan akan mulai bertindakbalas dengan ion2 menyebabkan kita akan penat esk.
aku mengiyakan saje. dalam hati mcm x percaya, maklumlah pengaruh media massa. aku mmg cepat terpengaruh. hehe
dah siap tu akku tgk dlm besen tu mcm ada minyak sket melekat kat tepi2. org tu kata kolesterol. mmg la pun, tgk body la kan. huhu abg aku punya besen lagi keruh air dia. aku ada ambik gambar tapi segan nak upload sebab "lawa" sangat kaki aku. huhu
esknya, badan aku lemah tahap kena tumbuk 100x. tak pernah lemah sampai mcm tu, lembik jadinya. mak aku pun sama. rupanya tu adalah tindakbalas dia. sabar je la.
esoknya aku cergas la...
balik nt nak pergi lagi. benda ni kena buat banyak kali baru nampak hasil...insyaallah...
kita hanya berusaha kan...

last school holiday :)







































episod malu...

semalam aku baru tiba dari kampung. sebelum balik kampung hari tu, paip depan umah aku rosak. air menyembur2 keluar. masa kejadian aku tak ada di rumah. mungkin jiran aku yang baik hati perasan lalu menutup meter air dengan segera. terima kasih jiran sejatiku :)
episod semalam episod lain pulak. sampai je di rumah, aku buka kunci mangga. angkut barang2 masuk rumah dulu. perkara pertama mestila buka kipas. dahla semalam cuaca panas, baju aku dah lencun dek peluh. sekali kipas diam x berpusing. hati mula panas. ku belek2 bil elektrik. setahu aku, aku dah bayar bila notis kuning sampai 17hb lepas. biasala, bil x sampai rm30 pun sebulan sbb tu malas nak bayar sikit2. hehe
otak mula berfikir ligat. nasib baik dah sembahyang asar dalam perjalanan tadi.
apa2 pun, kena mandi dlu. lantas aku menjadi mcgyver alaf baru. aku repair paip sendiri walaupun utk sementara sahaja. memenuhkan 2 tong besar dalam bilik air. lega bila mandi walaupun terpaksa membersihkan tong biru daripada bangkai tikus gemuk. mungkin semasa ketiadaan aku mereka berpesta sakan sehinggalah seekor daripadanya tergelincir msuk tong air, seekor lagi terkena gam tikus. aku menang 2-0 kali ni :)
selepas mandi tak sampai 5 minit, aku mulai panas semula. maklumlah lemak yang mebaluti tubuhku bukan calang2. made in kelantan ada, made in terengganu ada, made in johor ada, made in pahang pun ada. huhu
aku whatsapp kaklong aku, seorang kakitangan TNB. bertanyakan apa yg patut aku buat. dia suruh aku bayar ikut maybank2u dan ambil no.resit, lepas tu call 15454. talian ini sangat efektif. aku dail terus dapat, tekan 1, tekan 2, cakap ngan operator bahagian gangguan. dia sambungkan aku bhgn pemotongan lak, bila check, bil aku dah bayar. takde masalah kena potong. so kembali ke bhgn gangguan, operator tu suruh aku check main suis. bila aku check, oh my!!!!malunya aku....tertebeng OFF kat situ. so aku ckp terima kasih cpt2 kat operator itu. terus aku ON, dan semuanya berfungsi seperti biasa. fuhhhh,,, seperti air terjun menuruni tubuh bila panas. kenapa la x terfikir nak check kat situ dlu. maybe masa hujan lebat benda tu reject, dlm bhsa kelate "jettak" haha
fuhh,, bersyukur kpd Ilahi, kalau x xtau nak menumpang rumah kwn yg mana mlm ni. hehe malu kat operator   TNB sbb kecoh x tentu psl ihik

it is not as easy.............-___-

all this while when i bought furniture from Ikea, i just asked mr R to assemble it and before i finished shower all those furniture were already there in my living room. so when my sister bought BILLY bookcase and LACK side table together with other Ikea products (her car boot was full we needed to sit on our bags inside) huhu, i knew the person who would assemble the things was ME.
together with Myra we managed to assemble it in 1 hour, sweating all over my body+aching hands. adoii 
i thought it was easy....-_____-

 and the result it.....

missing my blog :)

dah lama x membelog...dekat sebulan x tulis blog. laptop kesayangan rosak. ingatkan kenapa caj x masuk. rupanya bateri rosak, kena beli bru...adoii camne bley rosak??
maybe sebab aku terpengaruh dengan apa yg aku baca di fb kononnya laptop kena selalu disambungkan ke plug sebab kalau guna bateri saja arus elektrik kononnya tak dapat nak sukat jumlah arus mengalir. so setiap kali aku guna laptop mmg aku akan caj n even dah penuh pun tetap caj. maka kong la bateri aku walaupun sblm ni takde tanda2 nak kong pun.
make sense kan kenapa bateri laptop aku cepat rosak?hehe
