change YOUR lifestyle babe!


i still can't believe this dangerous disease could make me as one of its victim. for your information, (am so ashamed of this!) i had been diagnosed with D.M..
all of a sudden my life has changed. no more sweet drinks, mostly plain water. and if i really want to drink iced-tea, i would make it less sweet. strictly no ice-cream as i was crazy for it before (and it is one of the reason why i get this disease).
doctor advised me to be sweat, or in easier word, exercise. i didn't do it since i knew my hubby. as we were busy dating, setting up our business, etc (Pls don't do this at home!). and i hate sweat before. but now not anymore. i have to be sweat so that the toxin and the waste will come out so it will lessen the glucose level in my blood. i read it somewhere..
so friends, please be careful. although my late father was a diabetic, i didn't think that i could be one now because I'm only 27. but be caution, take note that obese+genetic= main factors of getting D.M..
anyway, thanks Bib+Hani for being my personal assistant in guiding me through this. went to the herbs sauna with Bib and bought misai kucing leaves that well-known as a magic herb in lessen the glucose level in the blood. hopefully it will work..

darl, i'm surprised to hear the news but do remember vividly u licking on an ice-cream when we meet.hehe.

do take care of ur health ok. and of course, i think this is a good wake-up call for all of us to start living healthier.

among other things, never ever if possible skip breakfast.
drink plenty of water...at least drink 2 liters of water if ur like me weighing above 60kg.
avoid white carbs and increase ur fibre intake..
