Ni kapsul habbatus sauda' yang aku makan skrg...beli kat Jaafar Rawas. Kelate people know JR very well.

Diriwayatkan dari Aisyah ra, beliau mendengar Rasulullah saw bersabda : “Sesungguhnya Al-Habbatus Sauda’ boleh menyembuhkan segala penyakit kecuali Al-Sam”. Aku bertanya. “Apakah Al-Sam itu? Baginda menjawab, “Al-Sam itu ialah maut”

Ewahh..start ngan hadis gitu..tapi semua tu betul. aku sekarang sedang mengamalkan makan Habbatus Sauda' untuk kesihatan dalaman, terutama untuk sakit2 urat dan tubuh macam aku ni.

Banyak kebaikan habbatus sauda' ni, antaranya:

• Antiinflamasi, mengubati perih/radang tenggorokan.
• Antiarthritis, mengubati reumatik.
• Analgesik, mengubati sakit gigi dan sakit kepala (migrain).
• Aktivitas hormon, mengatur haid dan meningkatkan aliran susu.
• Antiseptik, mengubati bau mulut.
• Antivirus, mengubati demam dan flu.
• Dermatologi, mengubati jerawat dan eksim.
• Urinary tract, mengubati saluran kemih dan batu ginjal.
• Sistem kekebalan, meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh untuk menangkal penyakit.
• Gastrointestinal tract, mengubati mabuk, diare, kejang konstipasi, dan empedu.

Salam semua...Nampaknya abang kita dah maju pada tahun ini. Dia mula "dengki" bila aku dan kakakku aktif ber"blog" hihihi...

Terutama dengan Kak Na sebab dia start dari 0 dan sekarang semakin maju dan maju,,,yang paling aku dengki bila jumlah pengunjung blog dia dah nak sama dengan aku walaupun aku dah ada blog dari tahun 2008. dia baru ada blog start hujung tahun 2011.tu pun aku yg design...skrg blog dia lagi maju... -____-

This pic was taken on 25/11/2008 and that was almost 4++years now. Ahh, how time flies. I really miss all of you. They celebrated my 25th birthday when we were attending induction course at Seri Malaysia Hotel, Temerloh for 2 weeks.
Ucu now is teaching at Bahau, Beep and Sue at KL, Kak Zimah I think is still at Raub...and me? Now at Gua Musang. huwaaaa!!! Please, transfer me somewhere near home. Now it is not easy to ease my heart anymore.
 This place is B.O.R.I.N.G. *sigh*

Assalam and good evening everybody.....

Today is my bad day. Rushing to school after waking up late,,7.15 a.m!!! Then, having classes straight from 9.30 to 12.00...

Later, a set of new timetable arrived. 

I HAVE TO TEACH ICTL!!!!

OMG!! I'm in trouble. Yes I know I took IT as a minor when I was in UTM back then. I used to teach ICT when I was in my first school at Karak, Pahang. But that was a loooong time ago,,,in 2007. Now in 2013 I have to teach this subject again...meaning, I have to search for ICT Yearly LP, Syllabus and Huraian Syllabus. Not to mention daily lesson plan. Huwaaaa.....

 I prefer to teach English....only..

ginger tea...

It's my current favorite..Yes,, Less ice now. Why? It's because my urat2 (suddenly blank, can't recall what "urat" is in English, hehe) sometimes get sooooo naughty, it hurts me soooo much. Aduh duh duh... usually the pain will come when it is cold and I don't put my blanket on when sleeping. 

So what ginger tea has to do with my pain? This was my try-and-error when my NR's Phytonatal ( it is very effective to ease my pain, making my body warm and tak masuk angin) bottle was empty, I made ginger tea. I hope it would ease my pain. And surprisingly, it worked. Not long after drinking it, wahhh my pain was gone. Yes....

So now, I drink it everyday. Sometimes I make Nescafe+ginger. I don't know why my crave against Nescafe comes back now. Lama dah x minum Nescafe, now hari2 rasa nak minum. 

Less ice from now on. U know the effect of ice on u, right? 

Pasar Besar Siti Khadijah KB..

Ohh sangat lama tidak mengunjungi pasar besar ini. hari Sabtu lepas berpeluang pergi sebab menemani kakakku Chit yang ingin shopping telekung beberapa pasang untuk diberikan kepada client2 setianya. setelah beberapa kali dibaikpulih, pasar besar ini ternyata nampak lebih teratur dan bersih. cuma satu perbezaan, dulu zaman aku sekolah2, ramai gile orang kat sini. tapi kali ni walaupun aku gi hari Sabtu, kira hari minggu la kan,,lengang sangat orang terutama di tingkat 3, bahagian batik, kain, kain tudung dll.
kesian pulak bila para peniaga sangat bersemangat mem"promote" barangan mereka. serba salah plak.
insyaallah akan kembali ke sini utk membeli Batik bling2 pelbagai corak, harusla pakai Batik hari Khamis kannn...cikgu glemer kannn.....kekeke

bundle story..

More than 3 years ago, when people talked about bundle clothes and stuff, including my little brother,  I replied, "Iyeeeerrrrkkkkss!" and started membebel about skin diseases etc.

 "What if the clothes are dirty?"

"What if the clothes are stolen somewhere?"

"What if the clothes have bacteria?"

"Are the brands really original?"

and the questions went on and on.

My little brother explained but i didn't want to listen. I still think that bundle shops selling dirty clothes and stuff. Until my boyfriend at that time, later became my husband, asked me to accompany him to buy some stuff at a bundle shop in Jerantut. I asked him the same questions I asked my little brother, he just said, "Come and see first. I don't want to talk much."

 To my surprise, I grabbed several t-shirts as I really need them, I hardly found my size at the supermarket. Plus the quality was good and comfortable to wear, the price was surprisingly very cheap. But of course i chose the newest and cleanest ones.

Now, I am one of the bundle fans :p
